We built the product for 3 different regions UK, Germany & Japan.
I spearheaded a study to identify usability issues, performance gaps, and user dissatisfaction to improve the overall understanding and alignment with KPIs. Leading the project transformation from a Product UX UI point of view working closely with business.
We engaged in several B2B partnerships to offer investment solutions, technology products, digital components, and specialized capability teams to Fidelity's partners.

Rollout to Japan after rigorous testing to ensure market fit.
